If your plans change and you need to cancel your registration prior to March 11, 2026, all tuition, minus the $75 deposit per course, is refundable. If cancellation occurs between March 12, 2026-April 15, 2026, 50% of tuition is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs between April 16, 2026-April 30, 2026, 65% of tuition is non-refundable. Payment is due in full on May 1, 2026. No refunds will be issued in the event of withdrawal from any summer program after May 1, 2026, to ensure staffing and programmatic commitments to all families. Cancellations must be given in writing via email to the Summer Programs Director at summer@breckschool.org
No refunds will be given due to student absences. In the event that Breck School is unable to to operate (e.g., loss of electricity, fire or other disaster), Breck Summer Programs participants will be notified via email. No refunds will be given for lost days due to unforeseen acts of nature or environment.
