While Breck Summer Programs does not offer financial aid, we do provide the option to set up a payment plan. If you'd like to explore this option, please feel free to contact the bsp office team at summer@breckschool.org.

If your plans change and you need to cancel your registration prior to March 11, 2026, all tuition, minus the $75 deposit per course, is refundable. If cancellation occurs between March 12, 2026-April 15, 2026, 50% of tuition is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs between April 16, 2026-April 30, 2026, 65% of tuition is non-refundable. Payment is due in full on May 1, 2026. No refunds will be issued in the event of withdrawal from any summer program after May 1, 2026, to ensure staffing and programmatic commitments to all families. Cancellations must be given in writing via email to the Summer Programs Director at summer@breckschool.org

No refunds will be given due to student absences. In the event that Breck School is unable to to operate (e.g., loss of electricity, fire or other disaster), Breck Summer Programs participants will be notified via email. No refunds will be given for lost days due to unforeseen acts of nature or environment. 

Breck Summer Programs are open to campers entering PK through entering 8th grade. All preschool campers must be 4 years old by August 1, 2026. 

Snack: We provide a daily morning snack for all campers. Campers enrolled in Extended Care will also receive an afternoon snack.

Lunch: Campers who choose to enroll in our Hot Lunch Program will be served lunch on campus daily. Families may enroll in the Hot Lunch Program at the time of registration or add it to their registration at least two weeks prior to the start of each session. Lunch menus will be sent out via email before the start of each session. Campers not enrolled in Hot Lunch will need to pack a ready-to-eat and peanut free lunch daily.

Allergen friendly snacks and lunch options are available daily.

Rainy days at Breck Summer Programs are just as fun as sunny ones! We simply move the excitement indoors. With access to three spacious gyms and a four-court field house, we have plenty of room to keep campers active and engaged. Whether it’s group games, sports, or other creative activities, our team ensures that the fun continues seamlessly, rain or shine!

In the event of rain during drop-off or pick-up times, we will provide detailed instructions via email to ensure a smooth and safe process. Keep an eye on your inbox for updates!

Every Wednesday and Friday, all full-day and afternoon-only Signature Camp campers come together for exciting camp-wide celebrations. These events are thoughtfully organized by grade level to ensure age-appropriate activities and fun. Campers entering preschool and kindergarten enjoy their celebrations in the morning, while those entering 1st through 7th grade take part in the festivities during the afternoon.

A favorite celebration among campers is our Friday celebration, "Water Day"! During this exciting event, we gather on Breck's baseball field for fun-filled water activities, including slip 'n slides, giant bubbles, sprinklers, special snacks, and more. It’s a fantastic experience for campers of all ages!

For select Specialty Courses, a final project or showcase is held at the end of the two-week course. Families of campers enrolled in these classes will receive an email notification with details about the event.

Signature Camp Junior Adventurers and Senior Explorers campers will enjoy weekly field trips as part of their camp experience-these trips will take place on Thursday afternoons. Field trip information will be provided via email before campers go on their off-campus adventure to help families plan ahead.

Additionally, campers enrolled in certain Specialty Camps may also have the opportunity to participate in field trips. Complete course information, including any field trip details, will be shared with families via email prior to the first day of the course.

Breck Summer Programs warmly welcomes both Breck and non-Breck students, creating a diverse and inclusive camp community. Each summer, we are thrilled to host campers from across the Twin Cities, bringing together children from various schools and backgrounds for a shared experience of fun, learning, and friendship. Our programs are designed to engage and inspire all campers, fostering connections that make every summer unforgettable!

Drop-off is between 8:30-8:40am each morning at the bsp front lawn (by the bsp banner and large silver BRECK letters). You will be sent a drop-off map prior to each camp session. At Breck Summer Programs, camper safety is our top priority, and we have established a clear and efficient drop-off procedures to ensure a smooth drop-off process. 

Carline Drop-Off: If you choose to use the carline, please remain in your vehicle and have your camper exit on the sidewalk side for their safety. Our counselors and staff will be on hand to greet your camper and help them connect with their group.

Front Lawn Drop-Off: For families who prefer to escort their camper to their group, please proceed through the carline and park in a designated parking space near the Upper School Entrance (Door A). Use the clearly marked crosswalk to accompany your camper safely into the building.

Camp Club Drop-Off: Please refer to the Camp Club page for more information regarding Camp Club drop-off.

Pick-up is scheduled between 3:15 and 3:30pm each day. All campers must be picked up by 3:30 PM unless they are enrolled in Extended Care.

Carline Pick-Up: If you choose to pick up your camper using the carline, please remain in your vehicle and continue moving forward as cars exit the line to keep traffic flowing smoothly. To assist with an efficient pick-up process, you will receive a carline sign via email before the start of your first session to display in your windshield. Please write your camper’s name and their afternoon camp group on the sign so our staff can easily identify them. Our carline staff will use walkie-talkies to notify your camper’s group of your arrival. Your camper will be dismissed or escorted to carline with all of their belongings. A staff member will then assist your camper in safely entering your car on the sidewalk side.

 Front Lawn Pick-Up: If you prefer to park and pick up your camper from the Breck Summer Programs front lawn, please proceed through the carline and park in a designated parking space near the Upper School Entrance (Door A). Be sure to use the painted crosswalk to safely access the pick-up area on the front lawn. Once you've arrived at your camper's group, please check in with their camp counselor to ensure a smooth handoff before departing for the day.

If there is a change to your family’s pick-up routine, please notify us by emailing the office team at summer@breckschool.org or calling the bsp office directly at 763.381.8234. For safety reasons, campers without prior notification via email or phone will not be released until we have confirmed the change with a parent or guardian.

During registration, you also have the option to designate additional individuals authorized to pick up your camper.

If you arrive outside the designated drop-off window, please stop by the bsp office to check-in. The bsp office is on the left when entering through the main entrance (Door A). Our security at the front desk can help point you in the right direction. Once at the bsp office, a staff member will assist in connecting your camper with their morning group to ensure a smooth transition. 

If your camper needs to leave camp early, please notify the office team at summer@breckschool.org.

Be sure to include the time you plan to pick up your camper in your message. A bsp staff member will ensure your camper is ready and waiting for you in the bsp office at the specified time for a smooth pick-up process.

Please note: Due to camper pack-up, end-of-day transitions, closing rally, and the formation of carline, early pick-ups cannot be accommodated between 2:55 and 3:15pm.
